IT Specialist
LiquaDry is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support onsite IT operations in Abraham Utah.
The ideal candidate will have experience with HP ProLiant servers Networking Microsoft and possess excellent troubleshooting and support skills for enduser requests regarding software computer hardware and other computer peripheral devices.
Objectives and Responsibilities Maintain and provide future planning of network topology ethernet and fiber cabling routers switches access points and firewalls.
Support several types of hardware used in different areas of the company including printers scanners barcode scanners monitors projectors cameras and office phones.
Manage licensing for onpremise software and hardware as well as online software used by the company.
Create and update documentation on all areas of IT such as procedures assets tracking licenses wiring support tickets etc.
Management of Office Azure AD Exchange Teams and OneDrive.
Responsible for department planning budgeting and reporting.
Develop and conduct trainings as required for user development.
Proficient with or able to quickly learn the data and communications software and applications used in the organization.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Experience with HP ProLiant Servers VMWare and Windows Server.
Experience with Windows and computer systems software and hardware troubleshooting skills Laser Printers and mobile devices.
Experience with Cisco networks Ubiquiti switches and access points VPNs and NAS units.
years IT experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desire to learn improve and innovate while providing great service with respect for company data and employees.
Bachelors degree in related disciple preferred.
