Liquadry have an immediate opportunity for a high caliber experienced Director of Organic Farm Management who has the passion and enthusiasm to drive results.
The Director will oversee the management and provide expertise to successfully growing organic crops needed to produce highquality grass juice powders.
The Director will be responsible to attain the highest possible yields quality and profitability from farm operations.
The director is responsible for maintaining and improving soil health crop planning planting organic fertilization and harvesting of approximately acres of organic farm ground.
The successful candidate must be a selfstarter with a strong work ethic Can Do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast paced dynamic work environment.
Hands on experience and background in organic farming managing large acres of certified organic farmland profitably.
Experience in successfully growing cereal grasses Barley Wheat Kamut Oat Alfalfa Improve and ensure consistent yields and timely harvests of quality grass juice powders.
Understanding of soil and plant science and the effects of organic fertilization in improving plant and soil health and quality and its effect on yield.
Experience in weed control technics in organic farming.
Analyze soil plant and water samples and prescribe best management strategies.
Knowledge of farm equipment and implements to maintain and improve soil health and crop health.
Analysis of existing operations crops and staffing levels.
Knowledge of irrigation systems including sprinkler systems and flood irrigation practices.
Experience developing farm budgets and delivering profitable farm operations.
Experience in food manufacturing and how crop quality relates to food quality.
Bachelors degree in agricultureagronomics or equivalent.
At least five years of experience in farm management preferably in organic farming.
Demonstrated understanding of and in experience in sustainable organic farming and production.
Expert knowledge in organic and regenerative agricultural practices.
Experience in food manufacturing particularly with raw organic nonGMO food highly desired.
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
High level of organizational planning teamwork analytical reasoning and adaptability Ability to be respectful approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
